E! News interviewed Sean Garrett (helped create Brit’s song ‘Toy Solider’) briefly at the VMA’s and here is what he had to say about working with Brit on some new tunes!:
“I’m going into the studio with her,” Garrett told [E!] yesterday at the VMAs. “I love Britney. I want to help her grow. I want to do stuff that’s going to be able to travel around the world.”
“I’m glad to see her back,” Garrett said. “I really would like to get into her mind and find out what loving Britney is all about.”
“It could get a little freaky.”

First fan to find Britney on Monday using Twitter clues will win front-row Circus tickets.
Britney Spears has landed in New York for her a string of stops on her Circus tour at Madison Square Garden this week. And on Monday (August 24), the singer is holding a little contest to win two front-row tickets to her show, which will also feature opening acts Jordin Sparks and Kristinia DeBarge.
For the contest, which she posted about on her Web site and on her Twitter page, fans must follow Spears’ tweets, as well as tweets by New York radio station Z-100, for clues about where they can find the pop star around the city. Britney herself will hand the tickets to the person who finds her.
Britney Spears Spotted In NYC
“I found my hiding spot. Can you guess where it is?” she wrote on Twitter on Saturday. And on Sunday, she added, “I’m going to be hiding somewhere in Manhattan….HAHAHA!!!”
Z-100 is also helping fans with their hunt for the VMA-nominated singer. “@BritneySpears will be wandering around New York Monday with stuff you’ll want, where will she be? It’s on, Britney seekers!” a tweet on Z-100′s Twitter page reads. “Narrowing it down! Will you be the one to find Brit Monday?”
Spears kicked off the second leg of her tour last Thursday (August 20) in Canada. The Circus tour, which includes three nights at the Garden this week, will continue through November when she’ll finish with a show in Australia. Stay tuned all week for MTV News’ coverage of Britney’s latest visit to New York.
Snippet is briefly posted on radio station’s Web site before being removed.
Gossip blogs and celebrity Web sites lit up Friday (September 19) when a 37-second, static-filled snippet of the first single from Britney Spears’ upcoming album, Circus, was briefly posted on a radio station’s Web site before being removed.
The snippet of disco-inflected track, called “Womanizer,” was briefly posted on the Web site of Nashville radio station 107.5-FM The River before being taken down, although at press time the clip could still be found elsewhere online.
Based on the brief snippet, the Outsyders-produced song is a bouncy dance track with a sing-song chorus that frequently repeats the title; Britney coos about a possible lover who has a reputation of being a womanizer.
According to Britney’s label, the station obtained the snippet by recording a phone call in which a radio rep played a rough mix of the song for people at the station — which seems likely, judging by the horrendous sound quality of the clip. At the label’s request, the station removed the clip from its Web site.
Fans won’t have to wait long for the song’s official release, which takes place on Monday. The album follows on December 2, Britney’s birthday.
Along with the Outsyders, collaborators on the album include Keri Hilson, Sean Garrett, Rodney Jerkins, Lil Jon, Nate “Danjahandz” Hills (who helmed “Gimme More”) and Dr. Luke (who wrote and produced the album’s title track), Guy Sigsworth, Bloodshy & Avant (who produced past hits “Toxic” and the big VMA winner “Piece of Me”) and Max Martin (who wrote “… Baby One More Time” and “Oops! … I Did It Again”).
