If you’re dressing as Britney for Halloween you should definitely send a picture to fans@britneyspears.com!  BritneySpears.com is giving away seven copies of Britney’s cover issue of  POP Magazine: four signed and three unsigned!  Winners are announced November 3rd.  Winners are randomly chosen according to the site.  You have to be 13 years or older and a U.S. resident to win.
